The international conference "Food Safety and Risk Analysis" took place in Sochi on 18-19 May 2017. The specialists of the Centre participated in the conference as well.
The conference drew an international audience, it was discussed global and regional food safety challenges. The event was organized jointly with the Food and agriculture organization of the United Nations (FAO) and gathered more than 250 delegates from 30 countries, including States of the Eurasian economic Union, CIS, EU, Canada, China, Serbia, USA, Turkey.
The conference was aimed at exchanging experiences and best practices on assessing multifaceted food safety risks, enhancing multilateral dialogue in the field of improved nutrition, expanding international and interregional sectoral cooperation, and promoting partnerships between different stakeholders.
